Scott Burns

Scott Burns is the Vice Principal at Ida B. Wells. While he is new and just started last year, he has worked at Franklin High School for five years, taught science for 15 years, and is on the road to getting his administrative license. He has a bachelor's degree of science in biology and a master’s of arts in teaching from Lewis and Clark College. In Mr. Burns’ free time, he enjoys canoeing and taking care of his home. He is from NE Philadelphia, where his favorite food is from: the Philly cheesesteak. He enjoys being in nature and going to Thorns games, as he is a season ticket holder.
