Sara Gandarilla

Dr. Gandarilla, known by all as Dr. G, is a vice principal at Ida B. Wells High School. As a vice principal, her job is to coach and evaluate teachers, discipline students, and oversee several school departments. "My favorite part is interacting with students, even if they have been in trouble," says Dr. Gandarilla. She continues to learn while working as well. She is the oldest of four sisters and the mother of three kids. Outside of school, she enjoys cooking, reading, and gardening.
