Jeannie Redrejo

Jeannie Redrejo is a French and world language teacher. Redrejo earned her bachelor's degree in French and her master's degree in French literature. Although this is her first year at Ida B. Wells, she has been working in the education department for 17 years and has managed data for a manufacturing company. In addition to her passion for teaching, she enjoys knitting, gardening, camping, hiking, and baking. Redrejo also played volleyball and ran cross country during her own time as a student. Redrejo has developed a strong connection with the students at Ida B. Wells saying “When you have a good day with the students, time flies by; it's fun.'' Redrejo cherishes the relationships she has made with her students and hopes she continues to create more bonds and friendships.
