Trezise, Max

Max Trezise is a Modern World History and AP Human Geography teacher of 7 years here at Ida B. Wells. Trezise grew up in Portland and is now a father to his two kids, Benny and Mae, and a loving husband to his wife Ana. He loves working here, especially interacting with the student body, “They’re so cool and funny and sweet, and I feel like y'all keep me young, it’s just fun, you’re fun!”. He came to Ida B. Wells after three years at a cubicle job saying, “I just couldn’t do it.”. He graduated from Gonzaga University, and while not being on their team, occasionally played with multiple D1 basketball players who eventually went into the NBA. Trezise got his master’s in teaching from Lewis and Clark college. Outside of school you can find him out playing basketball, going out to restaurants, hanging with friends and playing with his kids and wife.
